In line with our internal practice, we carry out a detailed identity check of our clients (and where applicable, their true and beneficial owners). Where required pursuant to any local rules or legislation, we comply with conditions set out in such rules and request clients to provide us with appropriate evidence of their identity and such other information as may be required. If any personal data or information is received from individuals, we will retain such personal data only to comply with AML and our internal know your client (KYC) guidelines.
